SHIPPING & TRACKING
We deliver to all major cities in India and the overall Pin code coverage of our logistic partners is more than 27000 which includes almost every major city or town in India.
Shipment with incorrect pin codes may either be delayed or not get delivered at all and get returned to the sender which may cost you extra for re-shipment. The wrong address could lead to undelivered shipment & RTO, in that case, all forward, RTO & re-shipment costs will be on the customer.
You will receive a shipment notification on your contact number/e-mail once your order is shipped. Kindly ensure that someone is available to collect the package.
If the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
The deliveries are attempted on weekdays and during the working hours of the courier companies.
Also, no shipments are possible on weekends as there is no pick-up on these days. Orders placed by you on a weekend will be shipped the next weekday.
Default Shipping charges are Rs 70/- per order for order values less than Rs 2000/- within India. It can vary due to delivery location and product weight, check the final delivery charge at the time of placing the order.
Your order is shipped within 2 to 3 working days (e.g – Saturday, Sunday Off) after all quality checks and reviews. Average transit time will vary from 4 – 7 days based on courier movement and location.
There may be delays due to reasons beyond our control, we may not be able to process any return or refund in such cases however we would strive to arrive at a resolution that will be acceptable to you. In case of loss of material in transit, we will notify you and will wait for 21 days before we arrange for replacement/reshipment.
If there are delays due to reasons such as stock availability we will notify you via your registered email/number. If you have ordered multiple products we may ship the items based on their availability in part or full.
Please note we don’t have any refund policy. In case of a damaged product/the wrong product is received, we can arrange an exchange.
Any kind of minor damage that is fixable (like- Loose jumping, etc.) should be done by the customer, although we ship the product after double-checking the product. Still, it can take damage sometimes in transit due to rough delivery handling.
Replacement/ Exchange requests are required to be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A 360″ clear opening video starting from showing the address label that you are receiving from us (without pause) is a must to claim any replacement/exchange for the product. Without the opening video, no such requests will be entertained.

Share the opening video & any supportive images of the items received through any of these mediums, our team will look into the issue and find ways to support you to your satisfaction.
Terms of returns/exchange
Once your return shipment is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will ship the exchanged product only after receiving the damaged product. The product should be in unused condition & intact.
For goods that are not the same as the order ( read disclaimer ), we will bear the charges of both reverse and forward shipping.
In case of any other reason other than the above processing charges including restocking and reverse pick up will be added to the cost.
To return your product, you need to courier your product to – Patro Para, Trulia 2nd Lane, Krishnapur, Near Christian Burial Ground, Kolkata 700102
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Our packaging team takes utmost care while packing the products and products are shipped after a thorough Quality Check however there may be instances of falling off of a loose embellishment, findings, or other such components of the jewellery in transit. We would humbly urge our patrons to consider putting it together by hand or glue.
Minor shade differences in colour or design due to the handcrafted origin of the product must be noted with due consideration.
From the customer’s end:
We don’t have any cancellation policy once the order is placed. Nor any kind of refund for the same value will be entertained. However, in some special situations, we can evaluate for exchange, but that is strictly subject to the ‘Monikotha’ sellers panel. If any cancellation happens after the order shipping, extra RTO charges will be levied on the customer.

We may receive some orders which we shall not be able to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. If there is any cancellation of your order from our end you will be duly notified by us. If you have already been charged for the order, the said amount will be reversed back to your original payment mode.
